 Under the stars, you and I

Walk alone, looking in the eye

The moon, the stars shining bright

Gazing at us, feeling shy

The love, the togetherness

Has never been so warmly felt

You love me and so do I.

Existence

 Once the sweet breeze asked me my address

I got nervous for a moment and then I replied - 

' Please wait for a while'.

No one asked me about this

I will search and let you know'.

I started looking here, there, everywhere, for my existence

In those lush green valleys

Where I was standing since ages

But got no sign of myself

Maybe the time had caged it in its wraps

I was answer less, speech less; head hanging down with shame.

The breeze burst into laughter and whispered - 

You seem to be a friend of mine,

Who just wanders and loiters around - 

On those hills, mountains, deep down in the valleys, in the waters.

Completely unaware of the purpose of your existence.
